Return Policy

​Customers in Muscat may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging, and has not been used. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is the result of our error. A request must be sent to info@toptanoor.com with a description of the issue, and the customer must wait for return authorization before returning the item. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, with any bank fees, shipping fees, or other deductions subtracted from the refund amount.

International customers may also return products within 14 days of receipt under the same conditions as domestic returns. However, international customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and any duties or taxes incurred. Please note that international shipping costs do not include duties or taxes.
