Chef Masooma Al Balushi is an Omani chef at Sheraton Oman Hotel and the winner of Oman Chef 2024, organised by Oman Tourism College.

Her winning dishes were recognised for their creative interpretation of traditional Omani cuisine and use of local ingredients. It is an approach that honours familiar flavours while finding fresh ways to bring them to the table.
