Commercial Model: Shuwa & Mandi Oven / BBQ Grill
The Commercial model emulates an underground oven to cook perfect succulent shuwa, it can cook up to 90 half kilogram portions in 5 hrs or 3-4 lamb. Additionally, it also has gas, charcoal, and electric cooking options which can be used individually or combined. For example, the gas can ignite charcoal & preheat the oven. The gas can rapidly ignite wood almost eliminating smoke. It can grill, smoke, bake and roast. The included temperature controller automates charcoal cooking and sends a message when the food is cooked.
The Commercial model boasts four cooking options:
- Use wood for traditional dishes such as Shuwa and Mandi, sealing in moisture and flavour, with an electric element to maintain temperature.
- Charcoal excels in cooking baking, smoking, grilling and more. The automatic temperature controller handles everything.
- The electric element offers an alternative for baking, smoking and slow cooking.
- Gas provides versatility for baking, smoking, roasting, grilling and more. It rapidly ignites wood for a smokeless ignition.
